Finishing Technician

Position Overview: Join a company as a Finishing Technician, where your expertise in woodworking and finishing techniques will be crucial in producing high-quality products. As a key member, you will be responsible for applying stains, performing sanding and painting tasks, and ensuring strict quality control measures are met.

Position Details:

• Compensation: $20+ per hour (Based on Experience)
• Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM; Fridays, 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM (Overtime available)

Responsibilities:

• Apply your woodworking expertise in staining, sanding, painting, and quality control.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills and a cooperative team spirit.
• Utilize knowledge of production and processing, including woodworking techniques, stain and paint application, raw materials, and quality control measures.
• Ensure efficient time management to meet production deadlines and minimize costs.
• Manage your own time effectively and coordinate tasks with team members to optimize productivity.

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of recent consistent employment.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Perform tasks requiring walking, prolonged standing, bending, lifting, and carrying production materials.
• Ability to bend, twist, and lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with prolonged periods of standing.
