Salary: $25 - $34/hr

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Machinists and Engineers who have "Shop Experience" test fixture creation CAM and CNC machining (use of Milling Machine required) to join our team in Franklin, MA.

Schedule: (M-F) 7 or 8am start times

Pay Rate: based on experience

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop mechanical systems and components using CAD software
- Conduct feasibility studies and analyze system requirements
- Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications
- Perform calculations and simulations to evaluate design performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Conduct testing and analysis of prototypes
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during the development process
- Provide technical support to manufacturing and production teams

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software for drafting and design
- Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Experience with logic controllers and system design
- Familiarity with MATLAB, LabView, CNC, and other engineering software tools
- Ability to fabricate prototypes and perform hands-on testing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
