Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our landscaping team. The ideal candidate will have a clean background and driving record, demonstrating responsibility and trustworthiness. This position involves various landscaping duties and may require operating company vehicles, hence the importance of a clean driving record.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform a variety of landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning.
2. Maintain outdoor spaces by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees as needed.
3. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers.
4. Ensure that outdoor areas are clean and presentable at all times.
5. Assist with irrigation system installation and maintenance.
6. Transport landscaping materials and equipment safely and efficiently.
7. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
8. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and schedules.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding landscaping practices and safety standards.
10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in landscaping or related field preferred.
3. Clean background check with no history of criminal offenses.
4. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
5. Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
6. Physical stamina and endurance to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
7. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
9. Willingness to follow instructions and learn new skills.
10. Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
