Finishing Aide

Join a dynamic team as a Cabinetry Finishing Specialist, where your woodworking expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the production of high-quality cabinetry. If you're passionate about craftsmanship and have a keen eye for precision

Position Details:

• Compensation: Starting at $19 per hour or more, based on experience
• Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM; Friday, 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of consistent employment within the last two years.
• High School Diploma/GED
• Proficiency in woodworking techniques and finishes, with a demonstrated ability to produce quality cabinetry.
• Understanding of the production process, including quality control measures and efficient workflow management.
• Physical capability to perform tasks such as bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs, and comfortable with prolonged standing.

Responsibilities:

• Execute cabinetry finishing tasks with precision and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality results.
• Collaborate closely with team members to meet production goals and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Uphold a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and company standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes and suggesting enhancements.
• Maintain open communication with supervisors and colleagues to address any challenges and ensure smooth operations.
