ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Manage revenue and cost elements of division’s income statement.
Supervise Managers within the division.
Ensure compliance with company standards for cost control, safety, waste reduction, quality, accuracy, and on-time deliveries.
Set goals and objectives for departments within the division.
Plan and implement procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiencies.
Review performance data (financial, sales and activity reports) to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress and activity levels.
Prepare and make presentations to prospective customers. 
Provide leadership for all branch personnel.
Ensure compliance with company policies and practices as well as applicable Federal and State laws.
Develop, implement, and monitor day to day operations and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for company key initiatives.
Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to help maximize productivity and minimize cost.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
5+ years of work-related experience.
Proven experience in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution
