General Overview

This role will be responsible for customer inquiries, daily order processing and assisting with general office duties.

 

1st shift 8-4:30 Monday - Friday

$17-20/hour DOE

Customer Service

    • Orders/Phone Calls – Answer phone; process new orders; assist with monitoring of email inboxes; enter tracking information into system when orders are complete
    • Monitor Open Orders – Follow-up on any open orders issues to resolve so orders can be shipped as quickly as possible (i.e. backorders, pricing issues, etc.)
    • Filing/Organization – File and organize paperwork as needed
    • Assist in other office tasks as needed

 

Skills/Qualifications

    • Previous customer service experience
    • Self -Starter/Ability to manage time
    • Strong verbal and written customer service skills
    • Commitment to Team Atmosphere and Personal Responsibility
    • Spanish speaking a plus but not required
    • International / export experience a plus but not required
