We are seeking an experienced Unit Assembly Technician (HVAC & Electrical) for a manufacturing company in Acton, MA. The primary responsibilities will be to perform assembly and customization of advanced system configurations featuring HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical components.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct, install, and tailor advanced system configurations featuring various components for specialized testing applications
• Manage HVAC systems, electrical wiring, and refrigeration components according to project specifications
• Perform diagnostic evaluations and repairs, resolving system issues as they arise
• Collaborate with the engineering department to meet project demands
• Uphold safety protocols and adhere to compliance standards throughout all stages of production
• Offer technical insights and support to team members, fostering a cooperative and communicative working environment

 

Requirements:

• Demonstrated proficiency in HVAC, electrical, or refrigeration - ideally within a production, manufacturing, or technically based environment
• A technical degree or certification in a related field is strongly preferred (ex: HVAC, Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration Technology)
• Ability to interpret complex technical diagrams and schematics
• Strong manual dexterity to work with large-scale materials and stand for extended periods of time
• A solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and in-depth analytical skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as a team

 

Compensation: DOE

 

Hours: Monday-Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm
