CSR/Warehouse Associate

1st Shift: Monday-Friday 7 am to 4:30 pm

• 1-2 Saturday mornings/month during busy season 7 am to 11 am (April-November)

Pay: $18-21/hour

 

 

Our client, a green industry distributor, is seeking an experienced customer service candidate to work their front counter and assist in the warehouse. 

 

Job Duties:

• Processing and preparing sales for customers
• Recommending products based on customer needs
• Assisting customers at front counter
• Answering phones
• Data entry
• Account maintenance and invoicing
• Warehouse activities including picking orders, loading and unloading trucks as needed 
• Moving material and operating forklift

 Requirements:

• Customer service experience
• Microsoft Suite experience 
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Warehouse and forklift preferred, not required
• Experience in lawn care, landscaping industries beneficial, not required
