Position Description: A Santa Rosa Landscaping company seeks a talented Marketing Coordinator to contribute to their team! The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in implementing marketing strategies to enhance the company's visibility and brand presence. Responsibilities include managing social media platforms, coordinating promotional events, creating marketing materials, and analyzing market trends. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, creative flair, and a passion for driving engagement. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with colleagues and external partners to achieve marketing objectives and elevate the company's image in the community.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company’s marketing plan in collaboration with CEO, GM, and division heads.
  • Ensure a minimum 10% annual growth rate across all market segments.
  • Analyze and plan pricing, product mix, promotion, placement, and production strategies.
  • Maintain consistent branding across various channels including marketing materials, vehicles, uniforms, literature, signage, website, newsletters, and online platforms.
  • Research marketing trends and implement strategies applicable to company markets.
  • Explore and adopt new technologies for marketing purposes.
  • Analyze company data to make necessary marketing adjustments.
  • Implement technology for collecting relevant company data for marketing analysis.
  • Define ideal client profiles for all market segments.
  • Identify new market opportunities for company expansion.
  • Review and ensure competitiveness and accuracy of vendor pricing.
  • Train staff on effective sales and customer service practices.
  • Analyze job cost reports and adjust pricing accordingly.
  • Review sales tracking processes and market margins.
  • Monitor Monthly Audit Data (M.A.D.) report to meet budget goals.
  • Utilize CRM software for tracking deadlines, meetings, and interactions.
  • Attend industry trade shows for marketing and branding opportunities.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans, annual budgets, new business development plans, and training goals.
  • Meet continuing education requirements: minimum of 20 hours per year.
