Human Resources (HR) Manager

Position Description: A landscaping company in Santa Rosa is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager. As a key member of the senior staff, the HR Manager evaluates business needs and sets strategic directions for the HR department. They lead and manage associates providing support in benefits, recruitment, training, and payroll. The HR Manager is also a point of escalation for associate issues and provides leadership on special projects.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of HR Management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in HR (preferred)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office, budgeting, and CRM software
• Typing speed of 40 WPM with few mistakes
• Leadership qualities and ability to inspire staff

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs
• Assist in strategic planning and budget goals
• Manage training programs and HR projects
• Oversee personnel records, payroll, and legal compliance
• Coordinate with external partners and consultants
• Implement CEO directives
• Continuing education requirement: minimum of 20 hours per year

Salary: $75,000 (Commensurate with experience)
