Job Title: Landscape Operations-Account Manager

Position Description: A local Santa Rosa Landscaping company is looking for an experienced Operations-Account Manager to join their team. The Operations-Account Manager oversees all facets of company operations, including customer service, estimating, and production. They provide leadership to other managers while maintaining a professional environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum eight years' experience in the Green Industry
• Associate’s degree in the Green Industry preferred
• Certified Landscape Professional (CLP) certification
• Valid driver’s license and insurability
• Clean criminal record
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Proficient in oral and written communication
• Excellent computer skills, including CRM software (Aspire) and MS Office
• Typing speed of 30 WPM with fewer than three mistakes
• Ability to foster cooperation and professionalism among staff

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and evaluate field personnel
• Schedule projects and service accounts
• Ensure availability of materials and equipment
• Document and report accidents and insurance claims
• Maintain office schedule
• Develop and update company SOPs
• Manage paperwork and accounting processes
• Analyze job cost reports
• Maintain production standards
• Assist in bidding process
• Implement training programs
• Ensure compliance with company manuals and safety procedures
• Supervise yard space and equipment utilization
• Assist in strategic planning, budget goals, and business development
• Coordinate with HR department
• Hire, train, evaluate, and supervise staff
• Discipline staff according to company policy
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Salary: $75,000 (Commensurate with experience)
