We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Groundskeeper. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning.
• Ensure that all walkways, parking lots, and common areas are clean and free of debris.
• Monitor and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper functionality.
• Assist with the planting, watering, and care of flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed, such as painting, fence repair, and equipment maintenance.
• Keep inventory of landscaping supplies and equipment, and report any needs to management.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
• Collaborate with management to address any landscaping or grounds-related concerns or requests from residents.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred, but not required.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment, such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Knowledge of basic landscaping techniques and practices.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
