CNC Operator - 2nd Shift

Located in Schaumburg, IL

Salary: $21/hr

We are currently seeking skilled and motivated CNC Machine Operators to contribute to a manufacturing company located in Schaumburg, IL.

** 2nd shift opportunity from 2:00p-10:00p **

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to blueprints and specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal functionality.
• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of CNC programming and G-code a plus.
• Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a CNC machine operation or related technical program is a plus.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

Pay:

• $21.00/hour
