A small, privately owned pharmaceutical testing facility in Wheeling, IL is looking for a Lab Technician to join their team! This is an entry-level, temp to hire opportunity.

The Job:

As a Lab Technician you will:

• Perform cleaning methods to clean glassware and components in the manufacturing of Visual Inspection Standard
• Perform filling methods to fill containers
• Perform daily and monthly performance qualification of balances
• Routine laboratory and equipment cleanup/maintenance
• Inspect batches of container components for cosmetic defects
• Follow safety procedures

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday-Friday, 7:00a-3:30p
• Up to $19/hour

Requirements:

Requirements of a Lab Technician:

• Must be capable of standing on feet for several hours at a time.
• Must comply with GMP requirements
• Proficiently with MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Good written and verbal communication skills
