Machine Operator

Located in Byron Center, MI

Salary: $18.00/HR

Machine Operator Summary: A leading U.S.-based contract manufacturer that provides a broad range of prototyping and tooling, production fabrication, coating, assembly and aftermarket services is seeking a machine operator.

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Operates robotic welding machines
• Operates press machines
• Visual inspection of parts
• Report defects or improper operations to supervisor
• Completing production paperwork accurately

Schedule & Pay:

• 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday 2:00pm - 12:00am, with overtime on Friday and Saturday as required
• Must be able to attend one day orientation on 1st shift Monday 7:00am-2:00pm
• $18.00/HR

Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Must be team oriented
• Robotic weld experience preferred
• Manufacturing experience required
• Able to complete defect recognition training and be able to follow quality inspection processes
• Ability to learn to troubleshoot and make minor adjustments/repairs to machines
• Must have excellent attention to detail
