We are looking for a Water Restoration Technician to join our team. As a Water Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for drying out homes and businesses when a water loss occurs. You will also be responsible for cleaning out basements, moving furniture, demolition of structures, cutting out and removing wet pad under carpet, carrying in equipment, and mold removal.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to emergency water damage situations
• Setting up and monitoring drying equipment
• Removing affected materials and debris
• Cleaning and disinfecting affected areas
• Moving furniture and contents as necessary
• Demolishing damaged structures and disposing of debris
• Cutting out and removing wet pad under carpet
• Carrying in equipment such as dehumidifiers and air movers
• Removing mold growth as necessary

Requirements:

• Ability to work hard for the time that is needed to complete the job
• Must be reliable and consistently on time
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow safety procedures and protocols
• Previous experience in water restoration or related field is preferred but not required
