Experienced Painter needed! Seeking a skilled Auto Body Painter/Prep worker with a strong background in painting and sandblasting. If you have expertise in prepping and painting service bodies and platforms, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and painting new service bodies and platforms to meet quality standards, including thorough surface preparation, paint application using various techniques, and adherence to established guidelines.
• Paint, sand, and verify equipment has been properly prepped prior to painting, ensuring all surfaces are smooth, free from imperfections, and contaminants before commencing the painting process.
• Ensure safe operations and maintain a safe work environment by prioritizing safety, adhering to safety protocols and regulations, and actively identifying and mitigating potential hazards.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in prepping and painting, demonstrated through experience in prepping/ painting new service bodies and platforms, knowledge of air tools , dual-action sanders and understanding of application techniques.
• Attention to detail and quality focus, with the ability to achieve flawless finishes, identify and address imperfections or flaws in the painting process, and maintain and exceed quality standards.
• Safety consciousness, exhibiting a proactive approach to safety, adherence to safety procedures and guidelines, and actively promoting a safe work environment for oneself and others.
