Responsibilities:

• Repairs and Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing repairs, electrical work, HVAC maintenance, and appliance repairs. Address resident maintenance requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring timely resolution to maintain resident satisfaction.
• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of apartments, common areas, and building systems to identify maintenance issues or potential problems. Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as changing filters, lubricating equipment, and checking safety systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure a safe living environment.
• Property Upkeep: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property, including landscaping, painting, and general repairs. Conduct regular inspections of common areas, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and meet the company's standards.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with residential property maintenance, including basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair.
• Technical Skills: Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various maintenance issues. Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and appliance repair. Experience with painting, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks is a plus.
• Customer Service Orientation: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset. Ability to interact professionally with residents, addressing maintenance requests in a timely and courteous manner.
