💼 Position: CNC Operator

🌍 Location: Summerdale, AL    

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 hour shift

Pay: Depending on experience  

 

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a CNC Operator for their plant in Central Baldwin County.

 

🔹 Skills and Qualifications:

Thread Rolling –

·      Monitoring the production process with thread-rolling machines

·      Carrying out quality controls according to the test plan and the use of calipers and testing couplers

·      Monitoring of the raw materials in the loading magazine and the finished parts in the unloading rack

·      Operating forklift

·      Bundling the finished material

·      If suitable, independent switching “On” and “Off” of the production machine

CNC Machines -

·      Performing quality controls according to the test plan and the use of calipers and testing couplers

·      If necessary, request the forklift truck driver to replenish raw materials to store finished parts

·      If suitable, independent switching “On” and “Off” of the production machine

·      If necessary, support the mechanic during repair and maintenance work according to instructions

General -

·      Cooperation in the implementation of occupational health and safety

·      Support in cleaning formwork material in the rental warehouse

·      Other tasks as directed

Qualifications -

·      Knowledge of operating CNC production machines, reading of calipers, and other measurement devices

·      Dependable and reliable

·      Attention to detail

·      Physically fit for the position

·      Able to be stand for 8 hours a day
