As our Front Office Coordinator, you will be the first face and voice for our office to clients and applicants. You will be greeting and screening people looking for a variety of job opportunities. You will be administering testing, processing applications, and performing other administrative duties.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:

* Thrive in a fast-paced team environment

* Outstanding customer service orientation - be able to successfully manage and respond to multiple/ simultaneous internal and external customer needs

* Strong organizational skills with an ability to continually evaluate priorities and multi-task

* Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills

* Strong oral communication skills

* PC proficient and knowledgeable of Word, Excel, and Outlook
