We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist for a leading cyber security and managed IT services provider in Corpus Christi, TX! This opportunity is Temp-to-Hire, full time (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm), with compensation based on skills and experience.

Role Overview:

As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients. From diagnosing hardware and software issues to offering top-tier customer service, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our clients' technology needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues for clients via phone, email, and remote desktop support.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 3 technical support as needed.
• Assist with administrative functions related to service tickets and general support tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional customer support and service skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
• Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and Windows Server Operating Systems is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Network Security Principles and Protocols.
• Experience with Virtualization Platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, and Citrix is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, and MCSE are a plus.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant experience.
