As a Supply Chain Strategist, your role will encompass:

 

  • Strategic Vision: Craft and implement innovative global supply chain strategies, driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness in sourcing, procurement, and logistics operations.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in the development of best practices and policies, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration throughout the supply chain lifecycle.
  • Global Coordination: Partner with regional supply chain counterparts to standardize processes and enhance visibility, fostering seamless collaboration across our global network.
  • Supplier Optimization: Identify and engage with potential global suppliers, negotiating strategic partnerships to optimize our supply base while mitigating risks.
  • Proactive Adaptation: Stay ahead of market trends and geopolitical shifts, proactively anticipating and responding to supply chain challenges and disruptions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing initiatives to enhance supply chain performance, leveraging data-driven insights to streamline processes and boost quality and reliability.
  • Performance Measurement: Develop comprehensive KPIs and metrics to track supply chain performance, providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and ethical standards, upholding our commitment to sustainability and responsible sourcing.
  • Team Empowerment: Foster the growth and development of our global supply chain team, offering mentorship and guidance to cultivate a culture of excellence.
  • Service Excellence: Oversee Service Level Agreements with suppliers, ensuring responsiveness and reliability in meeting our operational needs.
  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align supply chain strategies with broader business objectives, driving growth and innovation.

 

Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., APICS, CSCP) is preferred.
