Our client is looking for a Junior Quality Engineer with at least 2 years or experience. Someone who can manage and ensure compliance with the Reverse Engineering Process and Quality Management System by analyzing the product's requirements from a customer-centric perspective.

 

Duties are but not limited to:

 

• Spearhead the refinement and optimization of document management processes within the realm of Quality Assurance. Innovate existing documentation, work instructions, technical customer communications, and testing procedures to fortify quality standards and minimize potential imperfections.

• Lead reverse-engineering initiatives to unlock insights and drive continuous improvement across all facets of our operations.

• Craft and implement meticulous Quality Control specifications to uphold product excellence.

• Direct the formulation and execution of comprehensive Product Control Plans, ensuring meticulous attention to detail throughout the development lifecycle.

• Oversee the release of prototype fabrications, ensuring adherence to exacting quality standards.

• Drive Supplier Quality Development initiatives, collaborating closely with the Supply Chain team to address pivotal QC component issues.

• Proactively address variances in supplied products, leveraging precise, data-driven insights derived from observations, customer feedback, and experience. Advocate for enhancements across component system design, documentation, and implementation.

• Utilize root-cause analysis and advanced technical resolution tools to meticulously evaluate processes, identifying key areas for improvement and defect mitigation. Engage in meaningful dialogue with customers to address technical concerns and spearhead performance enhancement projects.

• Contribute to the development of cutting-edge repair and upgrade procedures, ensuring consistent delivery of superior outcomes.

• Compile a comprehensive roster of potential suppliers to streamline outsourcing procurement processes.

• Navigate complex issues with adeptness, evaluating process steps and their impact on performance outcomes with precision.

• Serve as a key liaison between internal and external quality stakeholders, offering invaluable insights and guidance on quality-related matters.

 

Education: Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or Related.
