Customer Service

Located in fairfield, NJ

Salary: $18.00

Responsibilities will include the following:

Manage high-volume calls  - Customer service for the call center
Help customers with questions about their service or order (Company services appliances)
Update the customer on the tech's location, etc.
Must be able to deal with Angry customers

Location: Fairfield, NJ

Pay: $18.00 p/h

Hours: M-F 8am-5pm (Full-time)
