Salary: $22.00 -$28.00 Per Hour DOE

The Project Coordinator Position works with the Project Manager in all areas of the project life cycle. Some of these areas include:

Duties will include:

• Document control for electronic and hard copy construction project files
• Tracking Contracts, Subcontracts, Submittals, RFI’s and ASI’s
• Handling many of the subcontractor and supplier relationships
• Attending project meetings with the Project Manager, and assisting in those presentations
• Assisting in the project accounting procedures
• Heavy Administrative Support Role

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management
• Valid Drivers License & Reliable Mode of Transportation
• Computer proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, Bluebeam and PlanGrid
• Experience with Sage/Timberline a plus, but not a requirement
• Extremely Organized & Extremely Dependable

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
