Apartment Maintenance Technician

 

Express is currently recruiting for an Apartment Maintenance Technician for an immediate opening with a local apartment complex. This role will work independently on a variety of tasks, but also include regular communication with tenants and staff.

Responsibilities:

·         Perform repairs and upgrades to keep the interior and exterior of the apartment community in great condition

·         Repair various plumbing and electrical systems

·         Paint and drywall repairs

·         Communication with apartment tenants about repair needs

 

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00am – 4:30pm – on call once a month

 

Pay: $25.00/HR

 

Qualifications:

• 2+ Years of relevant maintenance experience
• Reliable transportation for on call purposes
• Attention to detail & good communication
• Ability to be on-call for once a month
