Salary: $18.00-22.00/Hr

Express is recruiting for a Cleaner Associate for a Property Management company located in Buffalo, Ny. This company is a leader in affordable housing development & has been in business for over 20 years.

1st Shift: Mon-Fri 7A-3:30p OR 8a-4:30PM

Payrate: $18.00-22.00/hr B.O.E 

Responsibilities will include:

• Maintain excellent cleanliness of common area including hallways, stairways, community rooms and bathrooms.
• Responsible for trash removal, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping down areas.
• Documents daily janitorial activity including problems encountered and work completed.
• Maintains an adequate inventory of property supplies and equipment.
• Assists team in performing, monitoring, inspecting and conducting evaluations in order to prepare apartments for move of future tenants.
• Perform snow removal as needed. 

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Outstanding cleaning experience required.
• General related to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance, HVAC & building systems preferred.

Other Qualifications & Physical Demands:

• Must Posses mechanical aptitude
• Must possess a valid driver's license and New York State Motor vehicle insurance.
• Must be able to walk, move & transport up to 100lbs.
