Job Description:

Our client in Haledon, NJ is looking for a Accounts Receivable person. This is temporary to hire opportunity.

 

Position Summary: This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of accounts receivable operations. Duties include monitoring and managing customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, reconciling accounts, and optimizing cash flow.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage receivables, communicate with customers and insurance representatives.
• Work with controller to manage receivables from insurance companies.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience in AR, AP, and Quickbooks.
• Must be able to multitask, be computer savvy, and have strong communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $24+/hr

Schedule:

• 8am-5pm
