 Qualifications for Training Specialist

• Previous in-person training or customer support experience preferred
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent in-person customer service skills
• Able to work with customers in a training role
• Professional demeanor
• Able to resolve basic software, hardware, and peripheral issues

 

Responsibilities for Training Specialist

• Provide in-person training
• Assist customers with navigating web-based applications
• Resolve basic technical issues (password resets, print ques, etc.)
• Answer phones
• Maintain records
