Our Employment Specialist serves as the face for both our employees and clients. You will be responsible for consulting candidates on onboarding processes and potential opportunities, as well as screening, recruiting and interviewing candidates, coordinating professionally with client companies regarding applicants they are searching for, and general data entry of information received.

• Computer proficiency, especially MS Office
• Ability to follow directions and trust proven processes for results
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• The desire for professional development and growth
