Machining CNC Router

Job Description: As a Machining CNC Router Operator, you'll play a crucial role in transforming raw materials into precision-crafted wood products. From entering dimensions into the CNC Router to inspecting the final pieces for quality, your attention to detail ensures top-notch results.

Position Details:

• Compensation: $19.00-$25.00/hr. (Based on Experience)
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:00 am-3:30 pm, Friday 6:00 am-10:00 am

Responsibilities:

• Enter dimensions into the CNC Router from blueprints.
• Smooth wood using a sander.
• Inspect the final wood piece for defects.
• Order materials needed for daily production.
• Maintain safety rules and regulations.
• Transport finished materials to other departments.
• Perform final touch-ups with sandpaper.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Minimum one year of recent consistent employment.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Previous woodworking experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in working with computers for CNC operation.
• Relevant knowledge of machining processes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to address any operational issues.
• Understanding of production and processing principles.
• Ability to control machines and processes effectively to ensure optimal results.
