Description: Join our team as a Seasonal Plant Operator where you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our terminal. We're seeking self-driven individuals who aren't afraid of challenges and enjoy hands-on work in a supportive environment. Your responsibilities will include loading/unloading, basic maintenance tasks, and ensuring safety procedures are followed diligently.

Responsibilities:

• Receive raw materials and manage product shipments
• Assist in manufacturing asphalt products
• Maintain operational documentation
• Conduct basic plant maintenance
• Adhere to safety protocols and actively engage in our safety culture
• Troubleshoot and support plant maintenance repairs
• Flexible work hours and outdoor work required

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Comfortable working outdoors and utilizing Personal Protective Equipment
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs safely
• Willingness to undergo physical and drug tests

Preferred Skills:

• Basic mechanical and/or electrical knowledge
• Previous experience in production or maintenance
• Proficient computer skills
• Adaptability and reliability in a team environment
