Express is seeking a Landscape Installation Foreman with sales experience to join a growing team. This company is a full-service landscaping company in Grants Pass committed to fostering strong customer relationships and delivering high quality work. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of hand-on experience in the landscape industry, with proficiency in both commercial and residential landscape construction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of landscape installation projects, including but not limited to plant ID, pruning, irrigation, grading, drainage, planting, pavers, retaining walls, lighting, and water features.
• Operate heavy machinery, trailers, and large trucks as necessary for project execution.
• Interpret and implement blueprints and landscape designs accurately.
• Manage and effectively communicate with both team members and onside contacts to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to client specifications.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills to motivate and guide crew members.
• Utilize sales experience to upsell services and enhance customer satisfaction. 
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment at all times. 

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the landscape industry.
• Proficiency in English, Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Valid and insurable driver's license required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
