The job entails pouring and finishing concrete in forms as part of a team, with an emphasis on safety and the use of power tools and equipment. Responsibilities include placing and finishing concrete, operating and maintaining pouring tools, and collaborating with other crews as necessary. Candidates must be able to read a tape measure accurately to the 16th of an inch and work effectively in a fast-paced construction-type manufacturing environment. Required qualifications include physical capabilities such as lifting and standing, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in noisy environments and follow instructions from the Foreman. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and forklift operator certification.
