Make Ready Maintenance Job Description

A thriving apartment community in Michigan City is looking for Make Ready Maintenance Techs to flip units for new tenants. As a tech, you will play a vital role in preparing vacant units in a timely manner so new tenants can settle into their living spaces quickly.

 

Responsibilities:

• Preparing make ready apartments
• Painting
• General repairs

 

Schedule and Pay:

• Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm
• $17/hr

 

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance experience
• Must be comfortable lifting up to 50lbs
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Highschool diploma or GED
• Drug test
• Background check
