Salary: $20+/week BOE

Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (with a 30-minute lunch break)

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in customer service (Required)

Duties:

• Manage customer repair shipments, including receiving, logging, and shipping packages.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in both digital and paper formats.
• Engage with customers via email and phone to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.
• Enter daily orders to monitor repair status accurately.
• Provide invaluable support for inside sales operations.

Required Skills:

• Outstanding communication skills and a knack for interpersonal interactions.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs and some experience with ERP systems.
• Ability to perform arithmetic calculations and measurements with ease.
• Physical capability to lift 20-50 lbs occasionally and 10-20 lbs frequently.
• Comfort with standing and walking up and down stairs.
• Keen attention to detail, with the ability to read small prints and fonts.
