Schedule: Monday - Friday (8am to 5pm)
Pay: Up to $25/hour (DOE!)

Responsibilities:
  • Review contract information to prepare invoices and verify costs for accurate pricing
  • Set up customer accounts and manage credit application process
  • Update and track reports, and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accounting ledgers as necessary
Requirements:
  • Associates Degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 2-5 years of accounts receivable experience
    • Construction industry is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suit, 10 key by touch
    • Experience with Timberline is a plus
