Position Type: HVAC Service Technician-Direct Hire

Salary: $25.00-$35.00/HR

Responsibilities Include:

• Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues for HVAC units as well as start ups
• Go into dwellings, sometimes occupied sometimes not and servicing HVAC units
• Occasionally preventative maintenance

Requirements include:

• 2-4 years experience as a service technician for HVAC
• Electrical knowledge and troubleshooting: reading a wiring diagram
• Pulling/running wire
• Basic understanding of how electrical circuits work
• Refrigerant knowledge: how to recover & properly charge unit by weight
• Use of multi meter

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to climb anywhere from 5-6 flights of stairs
• Lift up to 50-100 lbs
