Lead Restoration Technician

Located in Lincoln, NE

Salary: Up to $20/hr

Express Employment Professionals is assisting a local Lincoln company to recruit a Lead Restoration Technician. This is a day-shift, evaluation-to-hire opportunity with pay up to $20/hr and the opportunity to turn into a long-term career! The ideal candidate for this role will have strong leadership and customer service skills along with previous experience with manual labor.

Position Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Evaluate job sites and document necessary repairs, damages, etc.
• Create estimates for projects
• Communication with customers throughout the project including quote generation, progress updates, and project completion
• Plan, assign, and oversee workflow for crew members
• Document information regarding completed projects
• Ensure team has proper equipment at each job site to properly perform necessary tasks
• Organize supplies and equipment within the shop
• Train crew members and provide feedback or coaching as necessary to encourage continual growth and development within the team
• Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience/Skills:

• 1+ year of workforce experience in a manual labor role required
• Associate Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required
• Must be able to work with hand and power tools
• Basic computer proficiency required
• Leadership skills with the ability to work independently
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills both via phone and in-person

Schedule/Pay:

• Monday through Friday, day shift
• Pay up to $20/hr
• Employees paid weekly!
