Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced leasing agent for a client here in the Lexington Area. As a leasing agent, you will play a crucial role in our team, assisting prospective tenants, conducting property tours, and facilitating lease agreements.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and concerns from current and prospective tenants.
• Process lease applications and facilitate lease agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activities.
• Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants.
• Collaborate with property management to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in leasing or property management.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability to work SOME Saturdays.
• Clean criminal record with NO FELONY OFFENSES.
• No history of theft, drug, or violent misdemeanors.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with property management software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
