We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder with a strong focus on aluminum welding and custom fabrication. As a member of our talented team, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, performing detailed aluminum welding tasks, and contributing to the overall success of our growing facility.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in welding aluminum using MIG welding techniques with exceptional attention to detail
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings accurately
• Assisting in various areas of the facility as needed, showcasing a team-player attitude
• Utilizing fabrication tools and equipment efficiently
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and support colleagues when required
• Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in aluminum welding and custom fabrication
• Ability to pass a welding test during the interview process
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
• Flexibility to work in environments that may be loud, hot, or cold at times
• Capable of medium lifting (up to 30 lbs) and willing to practice team lifting for heavier loads
