Reservationist Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Transportation Reservationist. In this role, you''ll assist customers in making vehicle reservations for various occasions, including weddings, airport transfers, large group events, and nights out. Your responsibilities will involve providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, handling reservation modifications, cancellations, and customer concerns.

Reservationist Responsibilities:

· Assist customers in making vehicle reservations, and booking Wedding transportation, Airport transfers, large group events, and nights out on the town.

· Provide quotes and pricing.

· Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.

· Utilize sales techniques to sell bookings.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of vehicle rates, availability, and accommodations.

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.

· Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately and efficiently.

· Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism.

Qualifications of the Reservationist:

· Previous experience in sales, travel planning, or hospitality is preferred.

· Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Proficient in using reservation software and computer systems.

· Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
