About the Role: As the Pro Shop Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our Pro Shop, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our valued members and guests. Your responsibilities will include merchandise management, customer service excellence, staff supervision, inventory control, financial management, and marketing initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability
• Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to members and guests at all times
• Recruit, train, and supervise pro shop staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Manage pro shop financial operations, including sales, inventory, and payroll
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular audits
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote pro shop merchandise and services
• Ensure compliance with club policies, procedures, and industry regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the golf or sports industry
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale systems
• Knowledge of merchandising principles and product presentation techniques
• Familiarity with golf equipment, apparel, and accessories (preferred)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or related software
