As an Employment Specialist, your primary focus will be on fulfilling job orders, sourcing and recruiting talented candidates, and engaging in inside sales activities with both prospects and clients. You''ll exercise discretionary judgment in managing our recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless experience for both associates and clients.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining a pool of associates with diverse skill sets, swiftly and effectively filling Light Industrial job orders, and employing consultative sales techniques to drive success. Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, positive attitude are essential traits for success in this role.

Requirements:

• Customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred
• Familiarity with Light Industrial business practices
• High school diploma/GED required
• Proficiency in computer and basic social media skills
