Express Employment Professionals is looking for Mold Setters  in Solon ASAP on 1^st shift! 

 Mold Setter Job Description:

Major Duties: Change Molds. Set presses up for production.

• Monitor operations of the press to ensure accuracy of the output. 
• Perform any adjustments to maintain production of good parts.
• Perform any minor maintenance to press, auxiliary equipment or molds.

Day to day responsibilities include:
•    Maintaining a clean work environment at all times.
•    Following all aspects of processing safety protocol.
•    Contributing to a highly productive, efficient and team-oriented work environment.
•    Ensuring the safe and efficient operation and set-up of complex injection molding equipment
•    Setting and adjusting molds prior to production
•    You will need to have the ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions.
•    You have to have a “get it done” attitude and an urgency to resolve problems/tasks.
•    Working independently and managing multiple tasks simultaneously is needed.
•    You will need to be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
•    Able to demonstrate mechanical aptitude
•    Tow Motor Operation
