Location: Near Mt. Lebanon, Pittsburgh, Hospital Kitchen

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Pay Rate: $15.07 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
• Set up serving stations with food, utensils, and condiments as needed.
• Serve meals to patients, staff, and visitors in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining areas, including clearing tables and wiping down surfaces.
• Assist with inventory management and stocking of food and supplies.
• Follow health and safety regulations and guidelines at all times.
• Provide assistance to kitchen staff with food preparation and other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a food service or hospitality setting preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from supervisors.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
