Industrial Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales– Baton Rouge

FULL-TIME/LONG-TERM/EVALUATION HIRE

$18  / Hr.

Monday – Friday 7am – 4pm

 

Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing agency, is currently seeking a reliable and hard working Inside Sales Representative for an Industrial Manufacturing Company in East Baton Rouge.  The primary responsibility will be to respond to phone, fax and email inquiries about price quotes, discounts, parts availability and order status.  Must be able to interact with customers and sales department to process orders and quotations accurately.  1 year previous industrial sales experience preferred.  Punctuality is a must!

 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES for Inside Sales Representative: 

• Interact with customers and various departments in a professional manner.
• Respond to phone, fax, and email inquiries about price quotes, discounts, parts availability, order status
• Obtain basic parts information from Cad Drawings and other internal documents
• Other tasks may be needed 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
• Must project a strong customer focus, able to deal diplomatically with customers and project a positive corporate image
• Good organizational skills, able to establish priorities and work to specific deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work overtime as needed
