Quality Assurance Specialist

Located in Moonachie, NJ

Salary: $24-$28 hourly

Large printing company is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist for an immediate hire! This position assures consistent quality of production by developing and enforcing good manufacturing practice (GMP) systems.

Job Functions:

• Monitors company Quality Assurance Programs
• Manages customer and supplier compliance requests and requirements
• Provides technical assistance to Manufacturing, Sales, Customer Service and Research & Development
• Assists, when necessary, in inspection of incoming materials or shipping finished goods
• Update and maintain all documents including SOP, Work Instructions
• Review and update regulatory letters
• Compiling and filing usage of chemicals to the relevant government agencies
• Assist in customer and supplier audits
• Some knowledge of quality control in terms of procedures and standards
• Assist QC when needed with testing and documentation and inspection
• Serves as the ISO/SQF Practitioner for the entire SFO/SQF systems as required

Hour: Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm
