Position Overview: The Pulverizer Operator is a vital part of our production process, responsible for completing the pulverizing process after materials have been extruded. This involves feeding pellets into the hopper and removing finished material (powder). The ideal candidate will have experience in machine operation and a strong understanding of safety protocols. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality products in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate the pulverizer machine to complete the pulverizing process after materials have been extruded.
• Feed pellets into the hopper of the pulverizer machine according to production schedules and specifications.
• Monitor machine operation and adjust settings as needed to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
• Remove finished material (powder) from the machine and transfer it to designated containers or storage areas.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
