Position Overview: The Extruder Operator is a key member of our production team, responsible for operating extrusion machinery to produce high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of relevant procedures, work instructions, and safety policies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the manufacturing process and ensure the production of top-notch products.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and follow relevant procedures, work instructions, and safety policies to ensure compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
• Complete the production process by feeding blended material into the Extruder and maintaining machine operation.
• Monitor machine operation, including temperature, pressure, speed, and product quality, and make adjustments as needed to maintain optimal performance.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating extrusion machinery or similar equipment preferred.
• Strong understanding of relevant procedures, work instructions, and safety policies.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
